Hello Neighbors and Friends,

Below please find a summary of September 2017 financial events.

​

Lake Pump Insurance:

• The pump is now insured. and it was added to the existing Auto Owners Insurance policy at no extra charge.

​

Tree Care:

• $4,000 was paid to Chris Francis Tree Care to remove dead trees and prune others.  Fortunately, the work was done before Hurricane Irma rolled in and thanks to Parker Medley, the Board's VP, for overseeing the project.

​

Security Gate Vehicle Collision:

• A check in the amount of $370.46, was received from Auto Owners Insurance.  The cost to repair the gate was $1,370.46 and Cypress Gates paid the remaining balance of $1,000 (the insurance deductible).  

​

Money is still tight but Cypress Gates is still solvent thanks to Board and other community members who are volunteering on an as needed basis.
