The primary responsibility of the Cypress Gates Property Owner's Association (CG-POA) is to protect and maintain the beauty and safety of our neighborhood and the values of our homes.
 

Provide timely and accurate information to all property owners by communicating current and long-range plans.
 

Maintain a financially viable system with the ability to meet the current and future demands of the membership.
 

Identify and facilitate plans to provide the membership with opportunities to better the community.
 

Maintain the support infrastructure needed to maintain all the amenities of Cypress Gates, Foley, AL.

To abide by the Cypress Gates Property Owners Association Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Protective Covenants and Association by-laws.
