Attention Writers

If you are a writer or someone looking for a creative outlet and think you’d like to start writing, please join Pam Carroll and me at the next Pensters’ meeting. The Pensters is a writers support group that meets monthly in Fairhope. It’s been around since 1965, and is dedicated to “improving craftsmanship and promoting … members’ works."

We meet for 2 hours, usually on the second Saturday of the month (3rd Saturday this month), at the U.S.A. campus in downtown Fairhope. Each meeting includes a brief business meeting, readings by monthly contest winners, and a program featuring a professional speaker discussing special aspects of the writing craft or member readings.
